Included are 7 dynamic warm-ups for you to add variety to each training day. You will never be bored during this program because you will be challenged each session. This Team Irving Fitness program can be extended to 6 weeks, but it is not recommended beyond that time frame due to the stress and intensity that is placed on your joints and neuromuscular system.
